Marta Fuentealba, desarroll\u00f3 la primera charla, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de motivar a los alumnos, aprovechando las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas disponibles, entre otros t\u00f3picos.<br \/>Fernando Meza, encargado de valoraci\u00f3n de PAR EXPLORA O\u2019Higgins, desarroll\u00f3 la segunda alocuci\u00f3n, con el tema \u201cFormulaci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n, aplicados a establecimientos educacionales\u201d, en que invit\u00f3 a los profesores a participar de los<span style=\"color: #000000\"><a href=\"ohiggins\/noticias-ohiggins\/1820-clubes-expnlora\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"> clubes de ciencia<\/span><\/a><\/span>, y cuyas postulaciones est\u00e1n abiertas.<br \/>La iniciativa, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Luis R\u00edos, coordinador del proyecto, tuvo por\u00a0 objetivo\u00a0 \u201cfortalecer los conocimientos y habilidades de los docentes, para estimular el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica escolar en sus estudiantes\u201d.<br \/>En el plenario final, los profesores agradecieron la instancia, solicitando que se realizara una segunda capacitaci\u00f3n, esta vez orientada por sectores, que incluyera trabajo pr\u00e1ctico.
